Remembrance Mass 2024

PARISH REMEMBRANCE MASS 2023

On Thursday 14th November we gathered in St Oswald's Church to remember all who have died, especially those whose funerals took place within our church communities over the last year.

Family members come along to join us in prayer, and as the names of those who have died were read out, were invited to light a special candle. These special candles will now be used on the altars where Mass is celebrated, so we can keep those who have died from our Parish Communities within our thoughts and prayers throughout the coming months during Mass.

Please remember all whose funeral was held within our parishes between 1st November 2023 and 31st October 2024
